The initial consultation is a deep dive into your current health symptoms or condition. It involves detailed case-taking and a holistic review.

We develop short and long-term wellness goals and construct suitable treatment and prescription plans. It is also an opportunity to review recent pathology tests to further understand factors impacting your health.
30min Return Consult
This is an opportunity to review your progress and discuss any additional health concerns.

Follow-up consults are recommended to ensure your treatment plan is effective and seeing expected results. This is also a chance to adjust or change the prescription if required.
20min Acute Consult
This is for acute health complaints that do not require a full consultation.
Acute consults are a quick and simple naturopathic session for symptomatic relief of colds & flus, infections, gastro, viruses, period pain etc. It does not include a treatment plan due to the short nature of the appointment.
